The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has just released its latest weather forecast for Thursday, September 7, 2023, with significant information about prevailing weather conditions in various parts of the country.
According to the PMD’s daily weather report, dry weather is expected to dominate across most regions of Pakistan, while some plain areas may experience humidity.
This weather pattern can be attributed to the influence of a continental air mass that currently holds sway over a substantial portion of Pakistan.
In the previous 24 hours, Pakistan witnessed hot and humid conditions in multiple regions. However, there was a minor respite in the form of 01 mm of rainfall recorded in Gilgit.
Nokkundi took the lead in reporting the highest maximum temperature of the day, reaching 42°C. Other areas experiencing scorching temperatures included Bahawalpur, Bhakkar, Dalbandin, D.I.Khan, Joharabad, and Sibbi, all registering temperatures of 41°C.
As per the PMD’s forecast, residents and travelers in Pakistan should anticipate dry weather for most areas on September 7, 2023, with humidity noted in some plain regions. Staying informed about local weather updates and taking necessary precautions, especially in regions with high temperatures, is strongly advised.
